Binance’s new pact with Botim Money signals a major push to widen secure digital-asset access in the UAE, spotlighting the region’s accelerating embrace of regulated crypto services and its expanding role in global digital-finance growth.
Binance–Botim Money MoU Targets Wider Crypto Access in the UAE
Crypto exchange Binance announced on Dec. 9 that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Botim Money to explore expanding secure digital-asset access in the UAE. The agreement, signed at Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai, aims to examine simplified and compliant pathways for customers across a rapidly growing regional market.

Under the MoU, both companies are exploring solutions that combine Binance’s digital-asset expertise with Botim’s fintech capabilities for the UAE market. The discussions focus on identifying practical ways to create safe and compliant access to digital assets.
Catherine Chen, Head of VIP and Institutional at Binance, commented: “Crypto is no longer a niche asset class and it is increasingly becoming integrated into everyday financial services. Our collaboration with botim money to make digital assets accessible to botim’s tech-savvy customers exemplifies this shift. The UAE is taking exciting steps to connect traditional finance with digital assets, and we are pleased to keep supporting the local community and ecosystem.” She added that the collaboration aims to expand secure digital-asset access while aligning with the UAE’s regulated financial-innovation landscape.
Further information from Botim Money reinforces its mission to support underserved and unbanked communities by broadening access to essential financial tools. Chief Strategy Officer Sacha Haider said the platform’s international and domestic P2P rails manage large and growing transaction volumes, highlighting its deep integration into daily financial activity. Haider explained that introducing crypto capabilities through Binance provides customers new ways to participate in the digital economy.
